UGANDA IS READY FOR EAST AFRICA SKATEBOARDING CONTESTS IN RWANDA KIGALI!!

The Uganda Skateboard Union mission is already exceeded all expectation so far in Uganda, East- Africa Countries. Uganda was the first Country in East-Africa to have a Skate-Park in Kampala the Capital City – Old Port Bell Road-Kitintale Town.

The Uganda Skateboard Union is constantly dedicating Skate-Aid Project management and supporters, appreciating the great work which this project is doing in Africa! Right now Skate-Aid has extended their part of the missions from Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya,Rwanda, Ethiopia,Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Sudan and Algeria in West Africa. These are the Countries in Africa Sponsored by Skate-Aid.Remember, they are around the globe to help the youth in the all world.

To change the youth / teenagers of Uganda, other African Countries. The Kids mostly get their excitement or happiness through introducing the game of Skateboarding. The awareness of the Skateboarding is constantly increasing rapidly on the high speed. Right now, Rwanda is opening plus hosting the First East Africa Skateboarding Competition in Kigali and then Ethiopian will be the next chapter to host the next Contests.

Uganda is already prepared for that Contest. Younger Star Skateboarders are too busy training hard to keep Uganda still number one as they are the founder of the Skateboarding in East African Countries. These Skateboarders are categorized from 10 to 13 years, 14 to 18 years and 19 to 25 years old. Skill and techniques of the Kitintale Skate-Park youth are so successful to compete with other Skateboarders from different Countries of East Africa. Please just have a look at the few Uganda Skateboard Union kids on what they are doing during their usual training at Kitintale Skate Park. Remember the warning; The Union welcomes Skateboarders and anyone interested to visit us but not Photographers and Film makers. Management.

The Germany project known as Skate-Aid Africa. is still makes wonders in East Africa. This project is there to help and support the youth of Africa through Constructing Skate Parks and the same time donating Skateboard equipment’s. The Uganda Skateboard Union since 2010, Skate-Aid is sponsoring the Uganda Skateboard Union update! On 11th/ 03/ 2016 the Union received donation from Skate-Aid project, support the Skateboarders of the Uganda Skateboard Union. They donated items like (Skateboard Equipment’s) Skateboard Decks, Helmets, Trucks, Bearings, Wheels, Skateboard Magazines and Stickers. This donation always keeps Uganda Skateboard Union to keep standing and strong to operate in various parts of Kampala districts.

Amusa

Hamusa is one of the Union younger Skateboarders under 10 to 13 years old. practicing double flips during their training session every evening at Kitintale Skate Park.Amusa 3

He said that is very proud of the Skateboarding and is ready for any contests of skateboarding!Mubiru and Silagy

Silagy is back!! After saving his punishment, is now concentrated on Rwanda Kigali Contests. he is also one of the best youngest Skateboarders age size 10 to 13 years categories.DSCF1211These younger Skaters, are very terrible on the tricks which they learn from the Skateboard  Magazines, Videos and also Pro-Skateboarders who visit the Union!Africa 1

The quickest, rapidly sports which is booming in East Africa plus other parts of Africa, it opens new window to the youth , keeps them busy plus  enjoyment of their lives! is called Skateboarding!!!! Mubiru 1Mubiru Emmanuel junior,He is also 10 to 13 categories, he won the qualifiers contests recently, he said that, just more effort and skill is need to make it. Mubiru 2 Mubiru sampling his Gift! A new Plan-B Skateboard which he won, he said that he need also to win more boards in other contests.Emmanueal M Emmanuel is too tough now! he had that several countries of East Africa are to compete in Rwanda-Kigali Skateboarding Championship. Robson 1

Robson who came the second in the previous contests, he is also in the categories of 10 to 13 years Skaters. He said that this time, he need to put Uganda on the Map of Skateboarding.MisopiaMisopia, he is a crazy younger star Skateboarder! he wants to be on the Union squared! so he trains had to gain more Skills. But the Tutor trainer Kyomuhendo Peter, said that he is good but the boy is more crazy!

Silagy,Peter & AmusaKyomuhendo Peter, The tutor trying to explain the younger Skateboarders how you can jump more than three Skateboards on the ground. He gives them lessons every evening after School.Peter 2Peter jumping Skateboards with double flips. He trains them both with Douglas Mwesigwa from 6 to 7 in the evenings every day after School and weekends from 4 to 7 PM.Silagy 3
