The Uganda Skateboard Union, Ask for help to people who can help in order to rebuild our first half-pipe which was destroyed by the heavy rainfall which was raining almost every day and then. These first half pipe was constructed in 2005 in December by a South African friend of Jack called Sheal Swart. the ways how we constructed it was not in good construction because we were lacking help and on top of that, No one was knowing what we were trying to build and so many  people new that we where constructing a house of a Crocodile! Yeah,they saw two slide shapes were the animal is going to be use for sun bath!

So,that why we like to rebuild it back because, it brought a light of skateboarding in Uganda. And right now, see what is the out come of that First half-pipe!Yet it was destroyed,kids us to use it but now is totally completely down! poor construction led it to collapse easily.Faruq is very very tough in training hand-plants in all the ways as you can see him.Young Gerald he is also improving on his tricks in order to have a good position in the competitions of next year coming. The Ugandan Champion in Skateboarding is Douglas Mwesigwa, when he is mantaining some of his tricks in Kitintale Skate park. Next is Peter!Peter is chasing Douglas in some of the tricks and he is too good of jumping things during the training hours, like jerrycans, Tins,bricks and so many things to be jumped by Peter. He was the second in last few month back in 2009 in March.Next is Peter Junior!The second young Peter is also wants to be good like those ones. he also determine to compete with them as you can see.

So please,we thank people who have helped us and also we need help in order to expand the place to help the talents of the kids as you have seen them!!

Uganda Skateboard Union,have many kids now but the playground, Skate park is too small for them during the practice or training! These  led to have accidents to them selves.The Union is still in action requesting for help in order to expand the skate park. Right now, people who have managed to come and visit the kids, they promised to help the Union to see how they can expand the skate park.

So, those people from different Countries have started to help the Union through donating any thing which can help the kids to make them busy with the game!!

Countries like USA,Canada,Switzerland, France and Czech Republic{skaterock.cz, Free Magazine}.The Union thank all those Countries who have helped and even Volunteers too! Douglas in grinding action, trying to challenge junior Gerald in min contests among the them salves in these manth!Nsubuga Gerald is very dangerous in time of making training as you can see him! He is very very determined in what is doing. Next is Nice Boy- Nico.Nice Boy-Nico, He was also fighting against Peter Mwesigwa in that challenges! Yeah, Watch Peter also good as he!  Wawoo! Peter also is not simple boy as you can see him in the challenges! Next is the Two against one! Musa and Kennedy where Challenging one boy called Isa Kawooya, for them they wanted to be two and add their tricks aganist Isa! Check out them.The first is Kenny- Man and the Next is Musa! Two aginst One!”Skate” or Die!! Next was Isa in a full action trying to Challenge the two guys and which him salve asked to be in these contest. Skateboarding is not a easy game but its enjoyable sports! check out Kawooya Isa!Competitions is so cool to see how these kids they perform so that we can be ready for any international tournaments. So, You have seen them all how they are! A cording to you, Who have seen them, Whom do you expect won the Contest?  No problem to send email to the Union!Northern part of Uganda. Gulu is so cool as you can see the small huts. Gulu Town is good and people are so friendly to every body! Life is so good and people fetch water on the Boar Holes currying on their bicycles as you can see in the action.

Kids in Gulu are so friendly and kind to Visitors! I wish if posible when the Gorvenment help the Uganda Skateboard Union with the funds and bulid a big Skate park with in the Town inorder to make the kids busy as we in Kitintale we made them more busy with the game! Not to think of being on streets in Gulu.Douglus’s training is so cool and very tuff! he make it every day!Kids are good of making super tricks, but we lack protective gears like Helments,kneepads and anthers.  ”Skate”  or  Die!!

The Uganda Skateboard Union is managing to fight much to teach the kids and Right know, kids are more skilled acording the way how we started the sport in Uganda. These kids have got skills from different visitors  of any Country who knows skateboarding, and the kids open up the eyes widely to see the tricks and the name of the trick, the same time to practise it and at the end of the day, the kid is very good of it.  These kids are well determined for any of the Competitions. See what they are and some of the tricks they learn from  the Visistors.Skateboarding does not matter what kind of colthes you are puting on! its a dream of enjoying the sport like these kid Titl.The Union gives out new shoes to the kids after roll the grips of the skateboard tears the shoes which they have been using for trainining everday and then.NAVIO is one the best Ugandan Artist Musican in laps,he admired the kids to skate in his Video! Why? The answer is kids now are getting good.Hey! have a short look how is kampala looks like! Have you ever been to Kampala? Just try to visit the Union and also to enjoy the life of the Capital City.

The Uganda Skateboard Union, annaunce the brother of Jackson Mubiru the President of the Union, His brother Nusbuga-Kyakuwa- John, He past away on 29 August 2009. John was a good man and he helped so much in constructing of the first half-pipe in Uganda with the a south-African young teenager boy called Sheal-Swart and then after he was also a chief engineer in the second skate park at kitintale community! John he use to get interest to watch the game but for him he was not a skateboarder!! Down are some of his photos when he was at school of City High in Kampala and also when he was trying to smoothing the first half-pipe in Uganda with Sheal, and on Top of that, he built even the second one with a Canadian Volunteer called Brian as you can see!

Yeah, its now fantastic in Uganda! The young kids of Uganda Skateboard Union,where invited at the Louche of Mountain Dew at the Capital City of Uganda Kampala! at the place called Hotel Africana. Many people where at the Louche with their Families and enjoy the entertainment of Dancing,Skateboarding and anther fun!

The Union went with their Mobile Fresh park and assembled it, and after started skating using it and also using the Rails and people where wondering the way how the kids grinding on the pipe and the balancing of body with the skateboard!! News medias like TV stations,News peppers  and so on where available at large on the Louche.

The Uganda skateboard Union,thank all people from different Countries who managed to helped the Union and  introduced skateboarding in Uganda,funding money and the same time donate skateboard equipments up  to now! The Union is still standing and the kids are so good but the skate park is too small for them now, Many parents around the Community, Schools also need students to start joining the game and also use the same skate park! which is small to them,and these may occur accidents to the kids.

So more help is needed to enlarge the skate and i request for help the Union and also the Ugandan youth! Cheak out the view which Kitintale Skate park is holding the kids to enjoy the game. The Uganda Skateboard Union, thank those Companies which helped and donate  Skateboards,Clothes and Shoes to make kids smart as a white Cut and also to make good tricks and skills during the training as you can see them pictures!X-games Competition is very very tuff! but the Union also fighting much in order may be in few years to represent Africa in Skateboarding Competitions. Yeah,am sure we shall make it but the problem is, We luck just  Facilities only Like Skate parks,Mobile Half-pipes! Try watch out the kids of Uganda!Uganda is a Country which likes sports,is not so good in football but we fight much to up rise sports in our Country! So these kids are far deep in village football team and for them they have wishes in feature, to play football in Ugandan best stadium called Mandela National Stadium! As also The Uganda Skateboard Union also need to have Mobile Half pipes like king size to assemble it inside that Stadium to people to watch them! and these, helps people to let them know to introduce the game in diffrents parts of Uganda. Skateboard Mom came from USA to Visit and to have alook at Uganda skateboard Union. Yeah,she is  mom to  Nik Strong Cvetich and Nik is donor who have helped the Union up to now!  So her mom decides to have a tour in Uganda and Visited Jack.

The Union has a chance of visitors who have managed to visit  The Uganda Skateboard Union at first,and they normaly visit us for the secound time to teach the kids international tricks and skills of skateboarding. These young boy known as Yann Gross and he is based in Switizland, he came when the kids are not so good and he tried alot to teach them how to Filp the board,to Grind on the half pipe, to make 360s twesty and so on.

Yann Gross helped us to bring for us some skateboard stuff and the Union us to Organize the Competetition and these stuffs were given out for the kids during the Competetion Tournaments. And each kid is supposed to get prizes at the Tournaments.

Check out a young blood of Switizland teaching the Ugandan kids how to make tricks!!!Yeah, These is kitintale town view where the Skate park is located and all those houses,that is where the kids are coming from to join the game of skateboarding! so it needs to be expand so that even the schools can use the that skate park for the Competition but the problem is funds!Although the half pipe was distroyed by heavy rain,kids where in love of it! Up to now, they are still using it but missing something in that half pipe as you can see!Skateboarding is not a matter of  joke! it starts from the blood when you are young as these kid! The Uganda Skateboard Union, Has the happiness news about the visitors who  first came to our  skate park at the beginning, They came back to visit the Union and they brought for us skateboard stuffs like New skateboards,shoes,T-shirts, used Decks and anther things!

Kids now they are getting more better in skateboarding as you can see them. This kids thank all people in the all world who have managed to support them in all the ways.

The Uganda skateboard Union, have thank Mr. Steen Kelsaa in Denmark, he helped much and donated skateboards,shoes,Ford T-shirts and anther things and right now the Union, has a Uniform as you can see them Smart as a white Cut!!

The Union thank all people who managed to help Ugandan youth! and some of these kids, in fact lost their parents,no funds to go back to school and that why the Union brought up Skateboarding game to make them busy, not to keep on thinking positive things!! See the snap how now they look and enjoying the game! Yeah, even anther kids are so happy to see friends enjoying skateboarding and they want to join! But right now, we have a problem to enlarge the skate park. its small now for the kids to train on it! and these, cause accidents to them!!

Kids now they are some how better and we normally organize a min end of mouth Competition,so that they can put more effort in the game!! These were some photos when the tournament was happened!! The Uganda Skateboard Union is in Crissie of their beloved park and we lack funds to expand it as you can see!! kids are now love the game but the space is becoming smaller to them!! They miss alto their destroyed Half-pipe!! Dacx and anther kids, use to train on these half-pipe, but now,he is missing it!! that why now changed and practicing these kind of tricks as you can see him! These kids on tree, they wanted to have a clear view to see the skateboarders at the park, for them,they were short to watch the Competitors properly! so these where their answer!!

The invited judges from different countries like Canada,USA to come and wittiness the Event of the Competition. The occasion was so good and people came from different Communities and enjoyed the tournament of Skateboarding as you can see it! Some of the tricks which where done on the tournament to win prizes and Mwesigwa-Douglas won the other skaters ! And Kyomuhendo -Peter was the Second ,Kawooya- Isa was the third position in the elders.Kyomuhendo-Peter was the Second in position!!Kawooya-Isa followed peter and he was the third!In the Medium age, Nsubuga- Gerald was the first in the tournament and he was so good as you can see him!Capitan Chief-Lugolobi, followed Gerald and he was the Second position.Mwesigwa-Darkx and is a young brother to Douglas was the first in young age size of the tournament.he is good too like a big bro!!Ngombi Bashiri, he was the Second to Darkx and he is a nice boy in young ones.Darkx,Gerald,and Bashiri when their having each ones trophy they won!!Ageyango-Moreen, She is the best of the Ugandan Skateboarders in girls and she is a fantastic in board!The Uganda Skateboard Union Squared Team and the Visitors at the Park.The Union also Managed give out Prizes to all the participants who participated in the Competition! prizes like Caps,new decks,Wheels, Clothes,etc. Remember The Uganda Skateboard Union was found by Bird House Company. kids likes Tony-Hawk and at list to Visit them. They watch his movies and they train to be like him,Danny-way!! Jack had his position on the tournament and he was a Master of Ceremony(MC) and also to help the Judges like Micheal and Jake From USA.
